Information you provide

JC Builds collects account information, consultation contact details, project requirements, and photos or files you upload to provide project services, design options and estimates. We use contact details for project follow-up and may send operational email or text notifications through configured service providers. Uploaded photos and project information may be processed by our AI service providers to fulfill your design or estimate request.

Google and Microsoft advertising measurement

We use the Google Ads tag (AW-982191312) and Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET 25131454) to measure site visits and successful consultation submissions and account creation. Page visits are not counted as successful conversions. Google and Microsoft may receive IP address, browser/device information, cookie or advertising identifiers, page/referrer information and the type of successful action. Cookies can connect ad interactions with site activity to report campaign performance and support advertising measurement and optimization. We do not enable personalized advertising or send names, email addresses, phone numbers, uploaded photos, or project details for advertising customer matching. We do not upload customer lists or send server-side advertising conversions.

Regional consent and opting out

In consent-required regions, including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, advertising tags stay off until you accept. When your region cannot be resolved, we also ask first. Elsewhere advertising measurement is enabled automatically unless you decline or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. Declining does not affect your ability to use the website, request a consultation or manage your projects. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using Privacy settings; withdrawal stops new advertising measurement and applies to other open tabs. Previously blocked actions are not sent later if you accept.

Your consent record

We store a pseudonymous visitor reference, advertising choice, date/time, region and the notice version/text in your browser. Previous acceptances are preserved when you withdraw. For measured successful actions, we save a browser-session reference to the choice and region at that time. Clearing browser storage removes these local records and may cause us to ask again. These advertising choices are separate from permission to contact you about your requested project and are not a subscription to marketing messages.
